Improve your Ball Striking
Hit it Longer and Straighter!
One of the most over looked parts of the golf swing is what happens just after impact, yes the ball is on it’s way, however what happens just after impact is often a ‘tell tale’ sign of what happened in the swing, and where the golf ball is likely to have gone. For example almost all ‘slicers’ get the club and their body in the same poor/weak position just after impact as a result of what they are trying to do through impact (point of contact) with the ball.
Shown below is a typical ‘slicers’ position, caused by the player trying to ‘scoop’ and/or ‘steer’ the ball through impact towards the target, this only tends to result in a number of poor results, such as tops, shanks, weak slices and low pulls, etc…

Below is shown the type of position that you want to work towards to improve not only your accuracy but also make some big distance gains; arms infront of your chest and fully extended towards your target, clubface is ‘square’ and the body has ‘released’ towards the target. If you get in this position you are sure to hit longer and straighter shots, guaranteed.
